1. System Errors

Information

If you have an access error, either Emergency (I-Learn being down for everyone, etc.) or Needs further Investigation (application occasionally crashes, etc.) you should do the following:

Make sure you are logged in to byupathway.org or path.byupathway.org (many try logging in through byui.edu)
Try to log in to churchofjesuschrist.org. If this option doesn't work, you should recover your username or password (How to Recover Your Church Account Username and Password)
Clear cache and cookies (See How to Clear Cache and Cookies)
Try Troubleshooting with the Console (See Troubleshooting with the Console)

2. Password/Username Recovery

Information

Click on "Need help signing in?" and then "I forgot my username or password." You will then follow the steps on the page.
