You should express your concerns directly to your instructor first. If you still wish to make a complaint, you should fill out the grievance form that can be found in the “Resources” tab in your student portal. The form is located in the “Instructor Problem?” resource card. You can also use this link: Instructor Complaint/Grievance
Note: Only students can file an instructor complaint or grievance for their specific course or instructor. This procedure does not allow third parties (i.e., missionaries, parents, or a spouse of a student, etc.) to begin this process on their behalf. 

If you would like to challenge the posted grade earned for your course will need to submit an instructor grievance form.
 
Peer Mentor Concerns:
When you have a concern regarding a Peer Mentor, you should complete the Peer Mentor Concerns form (Peer Mentor Concerns) with the following information:

1. Student Name

2. Student ID

3. Student Email Address

4. The Peer Mentor’s Name (if known)

5. A Detailed Summary of the Concern

The form will notify the BYU-Pathway Worldwide Mentoring Leadership Team.

Grievances, complaints, and/or concerns are taken seriously and will be held in confidence.
