BYU-Pathway Worldwide works with BYU-Idaho to provide access to higher education wherever The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is organized. Consequently, BYU-Idaho online-degree student records are managed in accordance with BYU-Idaho's FERPA Policy. As amended you, the student, can withhold directory information within the institution's information system.
Please note that choosing to block your personal directory information makes it impossible for you to receive help as a student from BYU-Pathway Support or partnered departments. Situations that may warrant a privacy block include a student in a witness relocation/protection program, a student who is a celebrity, a student who is being stalked, etc. If you choose a privacy block and later change your mind, you choose a different option.
To change your confidentiality settings, do the following:

This option allows PathwaySupport to discuss personal information with you, the student, over the phone once we have verified your identity. |
