Tax Deductions Only donations to BYU Pathway Worldwide made through LDS Philanthropies will qualify as a tax deduction. All other gifts, donations, or payments can possibly qualify, but that eligibility will need to be verified by the payee's personal tax accountant. 1098-T Forms PathwayConnect does not issue 1098-T forms for tax deductions. PathwayConnect is not a full or part-time “degree-seeking” institution. It also does not issue Employer Identification Numbers (EIN). |

Businesses may contact Pathway and Online Support requesting a W-9 form if they are going to pay the tuition for one of their employees. PathwayConnect's tax ID number for the W-9 form is: 82-020-7699. If you need a W-9 create a ticket to the finance team |
